Celebrating le quatorze juillet 2016 with a visit at Sheridans Cheesemongers on South Anne Street in Dublin 2, Ireland, wearing a drop or two (or three …) of mon numéro cinq.
If you visit Dublin, you must visit this gorgeous little store. In my visit today, I coudn’t leave without a piece of Knockanore smoked cheese. Is a hard cheese, and it reminded me of the smoked cheeses made in Bran, co. Brasov, Romania. This little piece of gold was made in Cnoc an Oir, the hill of gold, in Waterford, more details can be found here.
Immigration and emigration should be banned. Dixit! What country in the world needs to be enriched by diversity? Why would anyone leave his or her country, to gain experience and learn? Why would any country let people from any other places come in and bring new experiences and knowledge? Why we always blame the other for our own misfortunes, why are we so easy to manipulate? and so on …
Sometimes my jobs drive me to some beautiful places not everybody can see. The places I see are private properties or institutions, this is why sometimes in my posts I will not divulge the address, the actual place, maybe just the city. If you guess where it is, please do the same as me, don’t say. I know the quality of my pictures is not the best as I took them with my phone, but nonetheless one can find so much beauty around to fill one’s soul.
This is a place where many people wander around the corridors, but only few can see those rooms. For me was a surprise to find it.
